As a state of the art healing and regenerative process, Transformational Breathwork is a specific breathing pattern that clears past repressed traumas, revitalizes the physical, and transforms emotional and mental traumas on the cellular level. Maximum physical and emotional benefits along with expanded states of awareness are the natural products of increased oxygenation that Transformational Breathing brings.

The process begins by learning how to open your breath and utilize the entire respiratory system. This results in more energy and increased brain function that leads to more enjoyable mental and emotional states. Higher frequency energies created by the breath en trains (changes) the lower frequency energy patterns stored in body and subconscious. This process results in permanent transformation of pain and denser energies in the system and enhanced feelings of clarity and lightness.

Transformational Breathing is considered the most effective and inclusive self healing modality available on the planet today.

Today many people are seeking more fulfillment's in life. Today's chaotic technological world is often too much for human psyches to contend with, without possessing more inner strength. Many therefore are yearning to go internal, to find an inner peace, seeking more spiritual meaning and connection; to align more with their true purpose in life.

The crying need is to gain a more universal understanding of reality and of human nature, which automatically grounds us in our truth, and needn't conflict with anyone's religion. This means we need methods that can take us inward to learn about our rich subjective life. Turning inward to become conscious of what ails us, and further, to access the beauty of our inner core self, is the healer of all human dysfunction and self-defeating lifestyles. This was the quest of the Holy Grail.

In the summer of 1994, I discovered a method which is a powerful psychic opener. I've named it "Transformational Breathwork”. It's an adaptation of Still Point Breathing that I learned with Dennis Mullins and Holotropic Breathwork I learned with Stanislav Grof, M.D.  I was also directly influenced by my work with Dr. William J. Baldwin and the teachings of Roger J. Woolger, Ph.D. Through research and practice I developed that which I labeled Transformational Breathwork in1997.

Others have used this same name in their breath work techniques, (either before or after I) and that’s okay. For breathwork is as unique as the facilitator and as different as each individual experience.

At Discovery Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy I continued to developed adaptions to my breath work practice to meet the needs of my clinical work as well the students that were taught during my work shops.

Breath work is an ancient spiritual practice in both the Eastern and Western traditions. It has the power to heal our personal past and to carry us into the expansive collective mind of humanity where all the great minds, universal spiritual teachings, our ancestral heritage, and our future unformed blueprints can be accessed. The fact that people have high moments of great revelation and "peak experiences" is proof that wisdom lives within us.

Through the use of music, the breath, meditative auto-hypnosis, the deeper strata of the unconscious mind opens and pours out its gifts. It is in this rich subjective life that all new creations first begin to stir, and to which we must continually return to be made afresh for every age.

This method accesses "cellular memory" where any suffering that still exists in our body/mind resides. Yet another person might travel out-of-body to a sacred temple and recall a powerful spiritual initiation. This method transcends time and space, producing a mild, non-ordinary state of consciousness that brings the abstract spiritual world down into our concrete brains so we can experience these higher worlds directly. Practiced within a safe therapeutic setting and with proper guidance, the breathwork carries us into whatever dimension of consciousness we need to visit in order to heal or broaden. When we can experience that we are "bigger than we look like", a spontaneous healing just naturally occurs. This is the beginning of a stronger spiritual life, where a still-needed daily practice will bring us fully into our new found greater Self. Most people know intuitively that they have a Higher Self.

To gain true knowledge of something is to enter into complete union with that which is to be known. Breath work affords us this opportunity. Therefore, I see this process as an evolutionary psycho-spiritual therapy that goes well with any other method of therapy people are utilizing.

After I have totally cleared the unconscious mind of negative emotions, altered personalities, and other forms of non-human spiritual intrusion; I will often use breath work as the best possible method to release deeply seated, negative energy locked in at the cellular level.

Many choose to use breathwork for much of there healing needs.
